Beau leads the design team at Enlisted Design, an award-winning industrial and graphic design firm based in Oakland, CA. Enlisted first created Urbio and continues to support the brand on both the industrial and graphic design sides.

Jared was also a Co-Founder of Enlisted Design and key player in the development of Urbio. Recently, Jared left Enlisted to start Primer, a product launching consultancy. Jared continues to play a vital role in the industrial design and production of the Urbio product.
